Job description:
Key Responsibilities
Credit Underwriting
Clear understanding of Annual reports and Balance sheets
Ability to interpret various financial and non financial metrics to gauage the credit risk involved.
Understanding of surrogate sources for information and their interpretation.
To build a clean and sustainable Operational credit portfolio
Monitoring the Portfolio
Build systems to manage the operational credit portfolio.
To ensure Nil delinquencies
Create a lead indicator metrics to manage credit risk
Build Credit Scorecards
Build score card based on data analytics to improve credit processing .
Critical Competencies for Success
Educational background –MBA/CA with 7+ years of experience
Experience in Banking and especially Credit Risk function
Building and leading teams. Proven people leadership skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills
Good hold on Excel and other statistical tools/models is an added advantage
