Job description:

Key Responsibilities

Create Anchor driven Programs

  • Clear understanding of Anchor value chains
  • Ability to interpret various financial and non financial metrics to gauage the credit risk involved  the value chain.
  • Ability to build specific programs that suit the value chain.
  • To build a clean and sustainable Operational credit/ Financial portfolio with the Anchors

Monitoring the Portfolio

  • Build systems to manage the portfolio risk.
  • To ensure Nil delinquencies
  • Create a lead indicator metrics to manage credit risk

Critical Competencies for Success

  • Educational background –MBA/CA with 5+ years of experience
  • Experience in Banking and especially Supply Chain Business
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills
  • Good hold on Excel and other statistical tools/models is an added advantage
