Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead/Sr. DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic DevOps team. As a Lead/Sr. DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure and deployment processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize our development pipelines and ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of our systems as well as mentor junior DevOps engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using TypeScript and React.
• Design, implement, and manage Infrastructure as Code using CDK for Terraform.
• Lead the development and delivery of DevOps projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Debug and resolve technical issues.
• Write unit tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Mentor junior developers and lead code and design reviews.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Work with CI/CD systems to ensure efficient and automated deployment processes

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional DevOps experience.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, AWS, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation (CDK and CDKTF experience is a plus).
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of software design patterns and principles.
• Experience with CI/CD systems such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, TravisCI, or CircleCI.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
