Job description:

You will help in measurement, reporting for cross-functional teams as they plan, build and launch world-class experiences. You will help translate raw data into actionable insights and better experiences for our customers. Your deep knowledge of measurement solutions will help to determine the best approaches for implementations that best meet business needs.

  • Work with the digital analytics & marketing teams to decipher business analytics requirements and deliver implementations which meet those requirements.

  • Implement and provide QA (Quality Assurance) for various marketing technology solutions, including but not limited to: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

  • Translate business requirements to implementation specifications for developers on partner engineering teams. Collaborate with the partner engineering teams to deliver end-to-end, well-tested solutions.

  • Understand the KPIs and metrics and help designing the requirements for the technical teams to follow the Analytics framework

  • Design and maintain high level and low level documents

  • Change configurations and often write javascript code in Adobe LaunchTag Management System (TMS) per business requirements.

  • Maintain JIRA board for ongoing projects and tasks.

  • Conduct root cause analysis on performance anomalies and make recommendations to optimize.

  • Understand the KPIs and metrics and help designing the requirements for the technical teams to follow the Analytics framework

  • Identify, manage and maintain, troubleshoot tracking and conversion defects

  • Heavy hands-on utilization of Adobe products: Adobe Analytics (SiteCatalyst), Data Warehouse and Analytics Ad Hoc

You are a demonstrated professional who can effectively own and prioritize multiple work streams as well as to adapt during sometimes pressured situations. You have excellent communication skills with the ability to speak effectively to both internal and external stakeholders. You are able to partner across multiple business and technology teams. You have strong e-commerce experience in quantitative customer research / root cause analytics with attention to detail, adaptable to change and tight deadlines, and are focused on quality.


You'll need to have:

  • Bachelors degree or four or more years of experience.

  • Four or more years of professional work experience as a business analyst and/or javascript with confidence in reading, writing and troubleshooting.

  • Two plus years of experience in digital analytics implementation working with Adobe Experience Cloud technologies: Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target,Tag Management Systems (TMS) such as Tealium iQ, Adobe Launch, or Google Tag Manager (GTM).

  • Strong troubleshooting experience using browser debugging tools (Chrome Dev Tools, Firebug, etc)

  • Strong understanding of HTML & CSS

  • Ability to quickly and efficiently search, understand, and apply technical documentation.

  • Experience with modern frameworks like Ember/React/Angular is preferred but not required.

  • Ability to forge strong relationships with both IT (web, ops, development, etc.) and business (Product LineManagement, Marketing, Metrics/Analytics, Legal, Testing, etc.) teams

  • Strong leadership and proven ability to drive results, positively influence change,and motivate others within a non-direct reporting structure to take action/execute.

  • Proven critical thinking, creative problem solving, and decision-making skills with ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative and hyper-changing environment.

  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools.
