Job description:

As an Engineering Manager - Software Testing, the primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a team of
software testers. And, responsible for ensuring that the software testing process is carried out efficiently and
effectively, with a focus on achieving high-quality releases.

Team Management/ Test Planning and Strategy/ Test Execution and Analysis/ Stakeholder Collaboration/ Process Improvement

Proven experience of 12-15 years in managing software testing teams, with a strong background
in test planning, execution, and analysis

Responsible for managing at least single area within a SBU/function/department.

Responsible for cascading organizational goals from engineering / functional support standpoint
