Job description:

Responsiblity & Authority
Accountable to deliver as per agreed Delivery Schedules, meeting SQDCEP targets
Responsible to implement Safety in ways of working and processes; promote & drive safety culture among team members.
Provide inputs towards Business Plan / Industrial Planning Process
Responsible to Plan, direct, and manage the Chassis Assembly / Pre assemblies.
Deliver all KPI’s (SQDCEP), within the area of responsibility.
Responsible for implementation of Strategic Focus and continuous improvement
culture using VPS tool.
Showing courage by taking ownership and acting with integrity and trust.
Empowering teams by ensuring accountability and coaching for success.
