Women professionals who are currently on a career break and who are looking for a re-entry into the workforce after a career break of at least 6 months. • Previous professional experience of minimum 2 years in R&D in either FMCG / Pharma/ Chemical industry. • Previous experience in research and development across categories like personal care, home care, hair care, chemicals or pharmaceuticals. • MSc/MTech/M.Pharm/PhD in Pharmaceuticals, Organic Chemistry, Cosmetology etc.
