●Running a large, new team of AR experience designers. ●Planning, scheduling and delivering a large number of projects to schedule. ●Directly collaborating with multi-functional teams to support the development of innovative training and certification content that meets business requirements. ●Creating, writing and refining the team's process and procedures ●Reporting on the progress of projects. ●Analyzing metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement and efficiencies. ●Driving innovation to produce the most effective training and performance support solutions.
