Job description:

Responsible managing the end to end operations of multiple site having 10000 + users Should have good knowledge of IT operational practices roll out and have experience in managing big sites independently Create framework for efficient categorization, allocation, escalation and resolution of user issues for IT end users’ operations In-depth knowledge of Service desk Operations and Facility Management Services Should have good knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Service request etc) Lead the operational support to address day-to-day end-user assistance and event management, including Incident troubleshooting and resolution Responsible for overall SLA adherence for all critical areas and other relevant KPIs for the IT Operations function Should have experience in managing team of managers, L1 /L2 and end user support team professionals. Should have good experience in driving automation for end users and Service improvement plans Should have capabilities in IT delivery management focusing on maximizing customer satisfaction, process compliance and quality. Overseeing site level DC, L1 network infrastructure, systems availability etc Should have comprehensive experience in leading teams & multiple projects Responsible for ensuring the adherence of IT policies and procedures to ensure that the department operates effectively and reliably Responsible for managing Tech refresh, upgrades as per road map for End user’s hardware and software Must work with Head Networks and Data Center to ensure all requirements from network and DC from end users’ perspectives are met Should have good knowledge of managing IT related projects Oversee data backup and system security operations. Should have good knowledge of managing the systems vulnerability and remediation Establishment of measurements and targets to improve process effectiveness and efficiency Responsible for working with business functions to drive CSAT and fulfilling business’ needs for all business requirements In-depth trouble shooting and problem analysis skills and defining framework for addressing long term solutions Review network activity, upgrades of software/hardware and provide corrective action plans for technical challenges Should have knowledge of facing IT audits and ensuring the compliance management for IT controls Responsible for Hardware Asset management and Software Asset management for the sites Works with procurement for the procurement of all new requirements for the sites, contracts renewals and help in changes to existing agreements Must work with Head Technology in managing cost spend and controls Should have good knowledge of managing various vendors (FMS Services, Publishers, HW Service providers Telecom provider etc) Should have good management skills, capable of leading & motivating individuals to maximize levels of productivity and drive team for exceeding customer expectations in delivery of IT Operation services
