Job description:

Service Delivery resources - Fair understanding of Technology (IT Infrastructure) is a must. Should understand Data Center components, Cloud & SD WAN (shouldn't be new to these) - Very good command on MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) with advanced feature usage on these Should have played Customer facing role in complete management of a customer for day to day operations across multiple domains. Should have the experience of driving reviews with Customer on service performance and should have owned CSAT as a target. Should be a team player and have an objective approach.
