Job description:

Service Delivery: Ensure exemplary relationship with onshore Digital Enablement team and UK Campaign Delivery Managers Lead and manage a team of digital and web marketing specialists KPMG's external site: www.kpmg.uk (AEM Platform) ,social media channels and B2B email marketing activities. Drive digital strategies for the team and promote digital solution for the KPMG external site Develop and own a robust Digital operational processes Collaborate with digital leaders/stakeholders across different practices and marketing groups to gather requirements for building new sub-sites on AEM platform and suggest further enhancements and content strategies to bring efficiency in the process Plan the digital campaigns calendar & execute critical digital marketing initiatives with a special emphasis on newsletters, webinars and events Ensure campaigns are maintained and optimized based on reporting insights Extensive knowledge of email workflow implementation and maintenance Troubleshoot deployment issues and suggest methods for improvements Ensure clear, concise and yet comprehensive communication with the stakeholders and the team members around requirements, effort estimation, work plan and delivery Manage operations of multiple engagements; assist with capacity planning and prioritization; oversee website publishing, website analytics, social media channel posting & listening, campaign management, email deployments and internal reporting Project management through allocation of work on channels like mailbox and PMO tools like Workfront Develop and manage content calendars Plan and execute social media campaigns and develop social assets including memes and social media copywriting Suggest and implement new analytics features to enhance audience engagement Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media and applications Plan, schedule, manage and coordinate all execution – through external agencies or internal teams Quality Assurance: Develop and implement Quality Assurance/testing processes for team to ensure top-notch delivery Responsible for team delivery and ensure high quality and increase the scope of work with the help of Innovation and customized client solutions. hit our SLAs whilst ensuring high quality web content People: Help the team to increase service opportunities leading to better management and development of the support Drive relationships with key stakeholders and maintain excellent rapport with onshore teams Be involved in mentoring and coaching of junior colleagues
