Job description:

1.Responsible for handling all Internet Banking Related Products, ensuring delivery of Net Banking related projects, partnering and responding to internal and external compliance requests. 2.Manage the Net Banking processing function and supporting business metrics and indicators for a best in class Internet Banking service. 3.Support Audit and Compliance as needed. 4.Responsible for the development, implementation, enhancement and support of the Bank's Internet banking products and services. 5.Maintain and track usage, uptimes, faults, towards ensuring that the internet banking channel is available 24/7/365. 6.Responsible for availability, continuity, QoS and performance of the IT systems related to mobile banking. 7.Ensure the maintenance of operational efficiency, information security and risk framework related to the mobile banking channel as per bank's policy and guidelines.
