Job description:

Role:

  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Charter a process improvement “project”
  • Work as a team along with process owners and functional teams
  • Statistically analyze data and process improvement effects
  • Evaluate financial impact / savings due to the process improvements
  • Work to ensure sustainability of the improvements
  • Mentor and train Green Belts and others on Six Sigma/Lean/TOC

Role Description:

  • Interact with IT delivery and other enabling functions
  • Interact with customers for customer facing and customer projects 
  • Requirement Gathering from Stake Holders
  • Connect with leaders and identify process improvement areas
  • Study and Groundwork for Process Transformation projects
  • Contribute to develop CMMI level 5 PPM Models
  • Mentoring the team members to use various Process Improvement Methodologies

Required skills :

  • Competencies/Skills:
    • Statistics
    • Minitab or other statistical application
    • CMMI level 5 High Maturity Model
    • Building PPM , BO , QPPO Mapping
    • Kaizen
    • Design Thinking
    • Lean Six Sigma methodology
